XWC-1500 horizontal cutting machine is one of the necessary equipment tire industry, the aircraft is hanging plastic fiber cord or canvas after cut to the width and angle of the supply molding process to use. The machine can cut bias tires and radial tires with a cloth. The kind of cut canvas curtain material may be nylon, polyester, rayon or cotton fibers.

The aircraft from the let-off and cloth storage device, correction device, cutting device, delivery device, consisting of angle measurement and adjustment device, air lines and electrical parts and so on. Wherein the delivery and angle measurement and adjustment of the equipment is the key device, which directly determines the width and angle of the canvas curtain. I am using Roundss's incremental rotary encoder is used to control the width of the canvas curtain, using the perspective of the absolute rotary encoder is used to control the canvas curtain, fully achieve the accuracy required by the user.

Transport means:

The horizontal cutting cord conveyor means machine uses AC servo motor drive, with Japan's Koyo incremental encoder and the PLC with the use of cord to make delivery within a certain range of high-precision variable speed at the same time, and a stable positioning accuracy. Cutting length by touching the real unit set, cord operation, length measuring wheel drive rotary rotary encoder, optical signals emitted by the PLC built-in counter to count through the PLC control operation conveying means relatively instantaneous motor speed threshold stop and achieve the purpose of precise positioning. Angle device:
