(1) Solid shaft type:

2. The encoder is mounted on the carriage and fixed
3. The coupling kit on the client output shaft, manually rotate the coupling for two weeks, in order to eliminate stress client output shaft and the coupling between the locking screw and then coupling

Encoder client connection requirements:
1. Client output shaft is recommended h6 tolerance, surface roughness of less than equal to 0.8
2. Misalignment client output shaft rotation center is less than 0.2mm
NOTE: The encoder is a precision instrument, the installation no percussion / collision!

(2) The hollow shaft locking ring
1. The shrapnel mounted on the encoder and tighten the screw
2. Encoder hold screws unscrew the locking ring
3. The encoder shaft gently into the output shaft of the client, the installation process is prohibited by means of foreign object struck encoder
4. Client output shaft is stationary, rotary encoder shaft rotation two weeks, the mounting holes will align shrapnel shrapnel fixed
5. The encoder mounting screws hold the locking ring
6. The installation is complete
