The connection of the encoder shaft to the machine should use a flexible connector. Do not press the connector on the shaft. Even if the use of connectors, due to poor installation, it is possible to add a larger load than the allowable load, or cause the phenomenon of core, so pay special attention.
Bearing life and the use of conditions, by the impact of bearing load is particularly large. If the bearing load is smaller than the specified load, can greatly extend the bearing life.
Do not disassemble the rotary encoder, which will damage the oil and anti-drip performance. Anti-drip products should not be long-term immersion in water, oil, the surface of water, oil should be wiped clean.
