CNC bending machine features:
Bending machine has the closed loop control system. Two linear scales and a optical encoder are used to get a real-time detection feedback. Also the stepper motor driving screw is included for the closed loop control. Two Linear scales; one is used for the back gauge, one is used for getting the real-time position detection of slider; optical encoder offer the position feedback of stopper cylinder to the CNC system.
1. The angle programmed directly with angle compensation.
2. Real-time detection by linear scale for feedbacking the correction, closed-loop control, back gauge and sliders dead backgauge positioning accuracy of ± 0.02mm.
3. The mold with fast clamping device, the lower mold using wedge deformation compensation mechanism.
4. With a multi-step programming function, multi-automatic operation, the part-time to complete multi-step process, improve production efficiency.
5. According to user requirements, stable performance, compact structure of imported hydraulic system, back gauge fixed with ball screw and belt drive are optional.

A linear encoder is a sensor, transducer or readhead paired with a scale that encodes position. The sensor reads the scale in order to convert the encoded position into an analog or digital signal, which can then be decoded into position by a digital readout (DRO) or motion controller.
