Optical Encoder VS Magnetic encoder！

Magnetic encoder is a new type digital sensors used of detection speed and position  in recent years.

Magnetic encoder has record equally spaced magnetization scale on the surface of the strong magnetic material,scale relatively placed beside the magnetic resistance effects components or hall element which can test the transformation of the magnetic flux,again processing into a standard electrical signal output through the signal conversion card.

Disadvantages:

Optical encoder have put forward higher protection requirements used in outdoor and under the bad environment although with high precision; It measuring linear displacement relies on mechanism transformation in order to avoid the error caused by mechanical clearance and it is difficult to overcome Slip when test orbital motion.
