Encoder apply in different industory！

Encoder is divided into absolute sensor and increment sensor. Now the absolute encoder price is about four times as higher as the incremental encoder. Incremental encoder is widely used in 70% applications because of the relative economic price in domestic market. It is mainly used in industries such as packaging, textile and elevator which only demands speed and the absolute position measurement equipment is not high. As well as in heavy industries with high precision mechanical equipment or steel, port and lifting industry, the industry would rather use absolute encoder than use incremental encoder due to the high accuracy of measurement. It is result encoder standard demands high shock and vibration because of the working condition is bad.
