Therefore how to solve these problems? In fact pay more attention to the use of photoelectric sensor can reduce the fault in daily life, let me introduce use matters needing attention：

• The occupied optical encoder must be kept in parallel with the detected equipment surface in order to the highest conversion efficiency of photoelectric sensor.
• The optical encoder site welding, photoelectric sensor pin root and bonding pad of minimum distance shall not be less than 5 mm, otherwise when welding tube core easily damaged or cause tube core performance changes. Welding time should be less than 4 seconds.
• According to actual needs of users, use optical encoder in some bad conditions environments such as more dust occasions, the photoelectric sensor sensitivity increased 50% to adapt to the extension the requirements of the maintenance cycle in use of the long-term.
• Photoelectric sensor must be installed in a place having no strong light because of the infrared light of the strong light will affect the normal work of the receiving tube.
