Control circuit is designed, which mainly includes a Hall position sensor state detection circuit, a current detection circuit, and a protection circuit. The protection circuit implements over-current protection, under-voltage protection, over-voltage protection, and over-temperature protection. The entire system's hardware design takes many EMC measures to enhance the system's reliability. Then, on the basis of the system hardware design, the software program is written using DSP-specific assembly language and C language. The main program completes functions such as chip initialization, interrupt initialization, and initialization of various sub-modules. The interrupt service subroutine mainly completes commutation, detection and adjustment of speed and current, and system fault protection.
