Most of the current gate control is mechatronic design, which can automatically control the gate through the circuit system. The circuit system realizes the control, feedback and adjustment of the gate opening degree, and achieves accurate and error-free positioning. The focus is on the accurate feedback of the gate position. And the implementation of mechanical design, which is also a difficult point in the mechatronics integrated design.
       In the gate control, after the power is turned off, the position information of the gate can be detected without the gate motion. Doing this requires a complete absolute encoder and an advantage in terms of metering range and accuracy.


1. multi turn absolute encoder
The photoelectric encoder adopting the transmission mode and detecting the multi turn absolute sensor, the basic composition is a photoemission cell, photoelectric detection and a module composed of 6 or 7 gears.

The module is small in size and easy to install, which provides easy design for the mechanical design and circuit design of the entire gate, making intelligent electric gate design possible.
