Terminal crimp overall appearance:
Good product :

Terminal not bend, twist, damage.
The crimping part can not be opened, exposed copper wire. Extrusion waveform pull reference technology standard.
The length of the core between the horn mouth and the wire
insulation  layer is 0.3~1.0mm.
The exposed length of the core wire is 0.3~1.0mm.

The horn mouth is 0.15`0.5mm, and the front R<after R.
Terminal connection part 0.1~0.5mm

Defective product: 

Rear flare is too big.
No horn mouth.
The conductor extends to the contact area.
The conductor extends to the contact area.
The skin is pressed into the conductor tube or the insulating tube.
No rear flare,front horn mouth too big.
Core wire exposed.

The core wire is not visible at the front end of the crimping zone,
core wire is not exposed.

Limit sample

Only the rear flare no front horn mouth.

2.Pull.
3.Wire core.

4.Crimp height, Crimp appearance.

Inspection methods: 
1.visual.
2.Tensile testing machine.
3.micrometer.
4.visual.

1.Meet the process requirements.
2. Pulling standard.
3. Reference terminal crimping standard (tolerance ±0.05mm).
4. Do not damage the core, terminals must not be bent, twisted or damaged.crimping wing is closed tightly and must not leak copper wire. crimping head is 0.3-1.0mm, the distance between the insulating layer and the rear bell mouth is 0.3-1.0mm, the front horn < rear horn,0.15mmterminal connectingrib0.1-0.5mm.

Inspection frequency: 
1.First piece.
2.First piece.
3.First piece + last piece.
4.N ≤ 100 roots, last piece / batch.

100roots <N≤300 roots,first,middle and last pieces/batch.

More than 300,1 test for each additional 100.
