The rudder blades and propellers of large ships are of high quality, up to several hundred tons, and the rudder blades and propellers are vertically moved up and down. The hydraulic system design relies only on the natural connection of a hydraulic system to the four drive tops on the four corners of the trolley platform. The oil cylinder, because the distance between the four cylinders and the hydraulic source is different, the pressure loss of the pipeline is different, and the speed of the four cylinders moving up and down is very different. Therefore, the rise and fall of the trolley platform is actually moving up and down in a tilting situation. In severe cases, there will be obvious tilting, resulting in safety hazards.
Solution: It is necessary to use the rope displacement sensor and the multi-turn absolute encoder PLC with 4-20mA output to control the synchronization of the four hydraulic cylinders. It is difficult to achieve high-precision synchronization of multi-cylinders, especially in large loads and large Under the condition of load and uneven load distribution, as the control core of the system, the displacement sensor is used for real-time position feedback, and the proportional servo valve controls the closed-loop control scheme of the cylinder flow in real time to achieve precise control of the cylinder movement displacement, using master/slave synchronization control. The strategy achieves simultaneous movement of the four main jacking cylinders.
