The spindle encoder uses a photoelectric pulse generator that is synchronized with the spindle and is synchronously driven 1:1 through the gears on the intermediate shaft. There is no mechanical direct connection between the rotation of the CNC lathe spindle and the feed motion. In order to machine the thread, it is required that the number of pulses of the given servo motor should have a corresponding relationship with the spindle speed. The spindle pulse generator It is the connection between the rotation of the main shaft and the movement of the feed.

When the leakage of the optical disc and the main shaft rotates at the same time, the leakage strips on the strip and the strip are coincident and dislocation, the magnitude of the current caused by the light and dark changes caused by the photosensitive tube is changed, and the change of the current signal is outputted by the rectifier circuit. . The sync pulse is used as the control signal for the cutting point and the cutting point of the cutting tool to ensure that the rotating thread does not bend. Especially in the positioning control application of the electric spindle encoder, in order to reduce the calculation task of the electronic receiver, when the machine is in power or power failure after the power is turned on, it is not necessary to return to the reference point, and the current position value can be used.

The spindle encoder enters the step with the largest number of measurements, 13-bit resolution, which means that the maximum can distinguish between 8192 + multi-ring absolute position can only measure the displacement of a fillet, but fortunately, the step gear measures the loop. The number of cycles is 12, which means that the maximum of 4096 circles can be identified. The spindle encoder is a function of the displacement and detection speed, and the feedback signal is sent to form a closed loop or semi-closed loop control.

The machining accuracy of CNC machine tools mainly depends on the accuracy of the inspection system. Different types of CNC machine tools, position detection devices, the accuracy of the detection system and the maximum moving speed of the measuring components are not the same. The position detecting device (ie end piece) installed in the actuator directly measures the linear and angular displacement of the actuator end, which can be called direct measurement, can form a closed loop servo system, linear displacement measurement method and linear grating, linear inductive synchronizer , magnetic grating, laser interferometer measurement execution unit; measurement and detection using a linear linear displacement detector of the machine tool.

The advantage of the electric spindle encoder is that it directly reflects the linear displacement of the table. The disadvantage is that the detection device and travel time are a big limitation for large machine tools.
