Grating ruler line displacement sensor main foot installation！

Use the M4 screw on the table mounting surface of the machine, but do not tighten it. Place the dial gauge on the bed and move the workbench (move the main scale and the table at the same time). Use the dial gauge to measure the parallelism between the direction of the main ruler and the movement direction of the machine tool guide, adjust the position of the main foot M4 screw so that the parallelism of the main ruler is within 0.1mm / 1000mm ruler
When installing the main grating, should pay attention to the following three points:
(1) in the installation of the main foot, such as the installation of more than 1.5M above the grating, not like the bridge only to install the two ends, still need to support the whole ruler. (2) in the case of a base installed, it is best to use a card to catch the midpoint of the ruler (or a few). (3) can not install the clip, it is best to use glass glue stick to the grating ruler, so that the base and the main ruler fixed.
